PANASONIC
1. Use
phone with intercom number 101. It will change the time for all phones.
2. Press PROGRAM (or PAUSE, if you don't have a PROGRAM button.)
3. Dial programming access code (**1234)
4. Press 000 for date/time and then follow diagram below.

3. Dial programming access code (*#1234)
4. Press NEXT (SP-PHONE, if you are not using the programming template.)
5. You'll see "Date & Time Set" on your phone's display.
6. Press STORE
7. Press NEXT to see hours and minutes.
8. Use your keypad to change the hour.
9. Press STORE.
10. Press HOLD.
11. Press PROGRAM.
1. Use
the phone with intercom 11. It will change the time for all phones.
2. Keep handset down and press INTERCOM button.
3. Dial 77.
4. Dial the hour, with two digits (e.g. 03 for 3 o'clock.)
5. Dial the minutes, with two digits (e.g. 07 if it is now 7 minutes
after the hour.)
6. Dial 0 for AM or 1 for PM.
7. Press #.
8. Press SP-PHONE.
1. Use
extension #101 using a display phone. It will change the time for all
phones.
2. Press the "PROGRAM" button on the face of the phone
3. Enter programming mode by pressing "STAR" - "POUND" - "1234"
(default password = 1234)
4. Enter program # 000
5. Press "SPEAKER" button
6. Press "FORWARD/DND" button to change to the hour selection
7. Press "TRANSFER" button and enter the hour
8. Press "FORWARD/DND" button to change to the minutes parameter
9. Press "TRANSFER" button and enter the minutes
10. Press "FORWARD/DND" button to change to the AM/PM parameter
11. Press "MUTE" button to select AM or PM
12. Press "STORE" button (listen for 1 tone if procedure was executed
correctly / 3 tones if procedure failed)
13. Press "HOLD" button
14. Press the "PROGRAM" button on the face of the phone
NEC
1. Use the phone assigned to extension 300.
2. With the handset down press # 8 3 (#TD).
3. Enter the hour, minute and seconds (if you want to be precise) and press the hold button.
4. Next enter the day, the month and the year (4 digits). 5. Press the speaker button.
AVAYA
1. Use a
display phone at extension 10 or 11.
2. Press Feature 00.
3. Press System Program (Left Intercom button) twice.
4. Press # 103.
5. Enter the time in 24-hour notation. For example, to set the time to
2:15p.m., press 1415. A display similar to the following appears:
System Time 6. Data 1415 Note: The time will appear on system display
phones as 2:15p.
6. Select another procedure or press Feature 00 to exit programming
mode.
1. Press
Menu.
2. Press System Program.
3. Press Exit
4. Press System.
5. Press Time.
6. Enter the time in military/24 hour format: HH:MM (where HH is the
hour, 01-24, and MM is minutes, 00-60).
7. Press Enter.
8. Press Exit
9. Press Home to exit programming mode.
