1. A reserved static IP address placed in the DMZ.
2. Subnet mask

Other Options:
1. NAT address. Use the private LAN address, then assign at public NAT
address to that endpoint or switch port.
2. If DHCP is available, please ensure your router is H.323 enabled to allow
inbound calls.
3. ToS, QoS, SNMP, and PPoE are possible, if necessary collect these settings
from your administrator beforehand as well.
4. Firewalls may have H.323 check boxes. If not then ports to open include:
a. 1720 - TCP for Q.931 call setup
b. 1719 - TCP for gatekeeper RAS
c. Dynamic ports for Video Conferencing to allow audio and video
streams as well as control and H.245 call parameters.
